| Travelling from the north on the M5 |
| Leave the M5 at Junction 11 (A40) and at the roundabout take the third exit following signs for Gloucester. |
| At the next roundabout take the first main exit (actually the 2nd exit) signposted to A417 Cirencester. |
| At the next roundabout take the 3rd exit onto Eastern Avenue (A38). |
| At the next roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Eastern Avenue (A38). |
| Follow the A38 past the industrial estate and the Fire Station on the left and at the next roundabout take the 3rd exit into Painswick Road (B4073). |
| Pass underneath the railway bridge and continue until you see the Beds Direct shop on your left and the India House Inn on your right, turn right just after the pub into India Road*. Take the next left into Alfred Street and the entrance to City Works is about 150 yards on the right hand side just before the red-brick factory building. |
| *If you happen to miss the turning into India Road, just turn right at the next set of traffic lights into Derby Road, then right again into Jersey Road. At the end of the road you will see the gates to City Works ahead a little to your left. |
| Parking space is limited so please help us by parking in the designated spaces. Please do not park in the loading bay or where there are ‘no parking’ signs e.g. alongside the building as emergency access will be hindered. If there are no spaces available you will need to park off-site in the surrounding streets. There are always plenty of spaces and it is free! |

| Leave at Junction 11a for Gloucester (A417). At the first roundabout (Zoons Court) take the 2nd exit onto Barnwood By-pass (A417). |
| At the next roundabout take the 2nd exit (A417). |
| At the next roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Eastern Avenue (A38). |

| Gloucester has good bus links within the county – call Stagecoach on 01242 545200 for more details. Gloucester is also well connected to other UK cities by National Express – call 08705 808080 or look on their website at www.gobycoach.com. The drop-off point for all these services is in central Gloucester. |
| Once in Gloucester, from Clarence Street Bus Stop (central Gloucester) take the Stagecoach Number 1 Matson bus. This bus goes up Barton Street – descend outside the India House Inn. Turn right into India Road. Take the next left into Alfred Street and the entrance to City Works is about 150 yards on the right hand side just before the red-bricked Jermyn Street Shirt factory. The Number 1 bus runs every 10 minutes. |

| From the train station (central Gloucester) turn left from the car park and follow the dual carriageway past Asda on your left until you come to a crossroads (GL1 leisure centre on your right). At the crossroads turn left down Barton Street. See the ‘by bus’ section for further directions. |
