How to find us

 

Gloucestershire Resource Centre, The Scrapstore, and City Works are located in Alfred Street, Gloucester, GL1 4DF within a ten minute walk from the City Centre, not far from Gloucester train station and local bus links.

Parking

Parking space is limited so please help us by parking in the designated spaces. Please do not park in the loading bay or where there are ‘no parking’ signs, e.g. alongside the building as emergency access will be hindered. If there are no spaces available you will need to park off-site in the surrounding streets; there are always plenty of spaces, and it is free!

 

Walking

From Gloucester City Centre walk down Eastgate Street, over Trier Way, and straight down Barton Street to the Police Station. Then it's left into India Road, and next left into Alfred Street, and after 150 yards you'll see our entrance on the right.

 

Local bus

Service No.1 (Gloucester–Matson–Gloucester every 10mins), or No.2 (Gloucester–Abbeydale–Gloucester every 15mins) go via Barton Street Police Station, the nearest stop to us. Look for India Road and head on up to Alfred Street. Turn left into Alfred Street and after 150 yards you'll see our entrance on the right.
